A pass for material that leaves and must come back, like a part sent for repair. The register tracks it until it returns.
Can I print gate passes?
Use the row as the record and print a filtered view, or keep your printed gate pass book and log the number here.
How long should we keep visitor records?
As long as your security policy needs; delete old personal details after that period.
Does it work for multiple gates?
Yes. Add the gate name in the pass number (G1-1021) or use one copy per gate.
How do I get the files after payment?
