Monthly MIS Report & KPI Dashboard for Companies (Excel)₹499
Budget vs Actual Variance Report by Department (Excel)₹449Every business has a few risks that could stop it for a week or more: one big customer, one critical machine, one person who knows everything, one ransomware email. A risk register makes you name them and act before they happen.
What it does
- Risks: ID, description, category, likelihood and impact (1 to 5), owner, actions, target date and status
- Score and level: likelihood × impact, labelled Low, Medium, High or Critical
- Residual risk after actions, scored the same way
- Overdue actions flagged
- Heat Map: 5 × 5 grids before and after actions, coloured by level, plus risks by category with a chart
For boards, banks and auditors
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, many customer audits and some lenders expect a documented risk process. This register is a clear, simple one.

Questions about this product
How are risks scored?
Likelihood × impact, each from 1 to 5. Scores of 16+ are Critical, 10 to 15 High, 5 to 9 Medium, 1 to 4 Low.
What is residual risk?
The risk left after your actions. If it's still high, you need more actions or to accept it consciously.
Is this ISO compliant?
It supports the risk-based thinking ISO standards ask for. Your certification body checks the full system.
How many risks should we list?
Start with 10 to 20 real ones. A list of 200 risks nobody manages is worse than 15 that are acted on.
Can I change the scoring bands?
Yes. The Level formula on Risks can be edited to your own thresholds.
How do I get the files after payment?
A download button appears on screen right after payment, and the link is emailed to you. You can also download again any time from My account.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, WPS Office. Free mobile apps are enough.
What if something does not work?
Write to us within 7 days with your order number. We will fix it, send a working file, or refund you.
