Questions about this product
What is the cash conversion cycle?
Debtor days + inventory days − creditor days. It's how long your cash is stuck between paying for stock and collecting from customers.
Is this a formal cash flow statement?
It's a management cash flow (direct method) that's easy to fill monthly. Your auditor prepares the statutory cash flow statement.
Where do the numbers come from?
Sales and purchases from your books, debtor and creditor balances from ledgers, and cash movements from bank statements.
Can I use it as a forecast?
Yes. Type estimates for future months; closing cash shows the expected position.
How much working capital is normal?
It depends on the industry. Watch your own trend: rising days mean more cash is tied up.
How do I get the files after payment?
A download button appears on screen right after payment, and the link is emailed to you. You can also download again any time from My account.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, WPS Office. Free mobile apps are enough.
What if something does not work?
