Monthly Family Budget Planner₹149"Keep six months of expenses" is good advice, but six months of what? This sheet answers that from your own costs, then helps you build the fund one month at a time.
What it does
- Monthly Costs: each cost marked Essential (rent, EMI, ration, fees, insurance) or Can cut (eating out, shopping)
- Target = essential costs × the months you choose (3 to 12, with guidance)
- Savings Log: each amount set aside and where: savings account, sweep-in FD, liquid fund or short FD
- Dashboard: saved so far, % reached, still needed, months to go and the month you'll be ready
- Where it's kept chart, so the fund stays safe and easy to withdraw
Why it matters
Without an emergency fund, a job loss or hospital bill goes on a credit card or personal loan at 14 to 40% interest. With one, it's a withdrawal you can refill.

Questions about this product
How many months should I keep?
3 to 6 for two stable salaries, 6 to 9 for one salary, 9 to 12 for business owners and freelancers. Add more if parents depend on you.
Where should I keep my emergency fund?
Somewhere safe and quick to access: savings account, sweep-in FD or a liquid fund. Not shares and not long lock-in products.
Should I build this before investing?
Most planners suggest at least 3 months first, alongside health and term insurance, then investing while you complete the rest.
Does it count insurance?
Health and term insurance premiums can be listed as essential costs. Insurance itself reduces how big the fund must be, but doesn't replace it.
Can I use it for my parents?
Yes. Make a copy and fill in their monthly costs.
How do I get the files after payment?
A download button appears on screen right after payment, and the link is emailed to you. You can also download again any time from My account.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, WPS Office. Free mobile apps are enough.
