Can one PO have several items?
Yes. Use the same PO number on several lines; the PO Format shows up to 10 items.
How is GST split?
If the vendor state you type on PO Format matches your state, it's labelled CGST + SGST; otherwise IGST. The amount is the same.
Does it print the amount in words?
No. Most companies print the total in figures on POs; add words by hand if your policy needs it.
Can I track partial deliveries?
Yes. Type the quantity received so far; pending quantity and status update.
Is it an inventory system?
No. It tracks what you ordered and received from vendors. Use our inventory trackers for stock.
How do I get the files after payment?
A download button appears on screen right after payment, and the link is emailed to you. You can also download again any time from My account.
